I’ll never ever be able to play anything like Kenny, but Noah taught me that a man can sing, well, “like a man” , and do it with emotion and passion, without having to squeal into those upper registers…Kenny’s guitar and Noah’s voice are just special together.. love this band

In my limited exposure to Ft. Worth, TX. sound scene around the turn of the century. I was fortunate to see Kenny Wayne at a dive that is now underwater due to the downtown Fort Worth beautification program... As I remember, the nightclub's ceiling was festooned with enthusiastically patriotic women's brassieres placed there for future anthropological study... There was also a Tarrant County Jail located adjacent to that blues bar, and I would like to think that they could enjoy the music when Kenny Wayne was tearing it up!

Looking forward to seeing you again in August in south jersey.
